Personalize Your Desired Jewelry

At Ornaate, we take pleasure in fulfilling customized orders, using only Silver and Gold metals.

Here's how you can personalize something with us:

1. Email us at ornaate@gmail.com with your requirements. Once received, we will carefully review them and promptly respond. If you prefer discussing the details in a chat, feel free to send us a WhatsApp message at +91 9051672173. We'll provide you with designs, estimates, and the expected time for completing the jewelry.

2. Customized jewelry requires time for meticulous craftsmanship. Typically, it  takes  3-4 weeks, though there may be exceptions.

 

3. A 70% payment is required after finalizing the design, with the remaining amount due upon completion of the jewelry.

4. Please note that we do not imitate or replicate any other brand's jewelry. Each piece is unique and crafted to meet your individual preferences.

5. At Ornaate, we offer a service for repairing and remaking your old jewelry. To avail of this service, kindly reach out to us via email at ornaate@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at +919051672173, including photographs of your jewelry. It's important to note that we always assess the purity of your old jewelry upon receipt.
